Our Product Management department is seeking a Product Manager to manage and procure the collateral needed to fulfill all production schedules, and develop and maintain a reliable collateral planning method to ensure that safety stock policies are met.
 
 

Manage and Procure all the supplies needed to kit and have our product ready to support the Sales, Marketing and Safelink Teams, managing production schedules, materials delivery and service levels of TracFone supplied materials and SIM cards for all TracFone, NET10 and Safelink brands.
Manages the production of all collateral, monitors status and delivery dates in order to achieve ASI, budget and inventory objectives. Supports Safelink, Sales and Marketing teams with all inquiries related to collateral / components shortages.
Reconcile all Purchase Orders, Fulfillment and inventory levels for all Safelink, Sales and Marketing  collateral components. Reviews corresponding invoices and process necessary receipts in Oracle or conduct supplier follow ups if needed.
Manage all quality related issues (with vendors / suppliers) affecting production schedules and product deliveries for all Safelink, Retail and Direct Sales collateral supplies to ensure meeting expected deadlines. Manages and implements productive changes in collateral design / modifications.
Evaluates volume fluctuations and procures all the collateral/components needed to package all Safelink, Retail and Direct Sales inventory of bulk handsets based on demand planning schedule and all unexpected kitting jobs and de-kitting / re-kitting projects.
Manage that all Safelink, Retail and Direct Sales collateral items are set up correctly within TracFone and all corresponding Fulfillment Facilities and ensure that they are delivered in their corresponding unit of measure (UOM).

6. Coordinates year end and cycle count inventory process. Ensures year-end inventory accuracy and year-end inventory accounting accuracy.

7. Ensures salvage and liquidation process is properly executed and provides follow up as necessary.

8. Hires, orients, trains, evaluates, oversees performance appraisals process, and develops management team and oversees same for hourly associates.

9. Manages the development, implementation, and administration of operational policies, programs, and systems. Establishes methods and procedures for developmental work activities, identifies and resolves operational problems, and communicates expertise and approvals concerning department activities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics or equivalent.
